Lean IT

Lean IT

Lean IT is a proven quality and continuous improvement system that was first introduced by Toyota in the 1950's. Lean IT provides practical guidance that focuses on the improvement of whatever processes already exist within the organisation. Its central concern, applied in the context of IT, is the elimination of waste, where waste is defined as something that adds no value to a product or service. It is an approach that can help organisations better position itself to begin its digital transformation journey.

ITSM Hub are accredited by Professional Designations and provide our Lean courses either via our public schedule or bring us onsite. Request a quote and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your requirements.
